CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.

If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time, or if the patient arrives more than 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, we will bill the required credit card on file a specific fee for missed services. The fees to be charged for missed appointments are: $60.00 for Acupuncture Initial Session, $45.00 for Acupuncture Follow up Session, $30.00 for Chinese Herbal Consultation, $45.00 for Asian Bodywork Therapy, and $45.00 for Medical Qigong Therapy. This is a necessary safeguard for our service-based business since late cancellations within 24 hours do not provide adequate scheduling opportunity for other clients or wait-list prospects. If the appointment is transferred to another family member/friend for the same service and fee, the late cancellation charge will be waived.

INSURANCE

We currently do not accept any insurance plans for our services. We encourage recurring patients to consider acupuncture session packages to reduce costs on each visit: 3 full price acupuncture sessions for $250.00 ($50.00 savings). We also offer our 7 Star Loyalty Discount: 6 visits at full price rates, with the seventh visit 25% off.

ACUPUNCTURE SESSION PACKAGES

$250.00 for 3 60-minute acupuncture sessions

$50.00 of total savings. Full payment due prior to scheduling second eligible visit. All 3 sessions to be used within 60 days of purchase.

We value your confidence in us for your healthcare, and you deserve to be rewarded!

We offer a frequent patient discount for multiple full-priced sessions. 6 sessions at normal rates with the seventh visit at $75.00 (25% off).

Military/first responder DISCOUNT

We value the commitment and valor of all active duty service members, veterans, and first-responders in our community. We offer a 20% discount on all services. Please present applicable ID at your first visit and this discount will be applied to all visits.
