PATIENT PORTAL
The Patient Portal is located on our secure HIPAA-compliant AcuBliss web portal. You can fill out and e-sign important intake forms, schedule or modify upcoming appointments, make payments, print receipts, view visit logs and send secure messages or lab/imaging results to your provider. The system is enabled with Smart Scheduling, which will allow you to set recurring appointments or be put on the waiting list for specific dates and times.
